Cut length guide
The 4-in-1 ceramic blade covers the short end. The six included guard combs cover the longer lengths: 1.5 mm, 3 mm, 4.5 mm, 6 mm, 9 mm, and 12 mm. One trimmer gives you the core cutting lengths groomers and serious pet parents reach for most.
| Setting | Best for | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Blade at 1.0 mm | Sanitary, pads, close finishing | Closest blade setting for short, careful work. |
| Blade at 1.9 mm | Faces, feet, line work | Softer short setting for delicate areas and tidy lines. |
| 1.5 mm guard | Very short body trims and tight tidy-ups | Fits over the 4-in-1 blade for a short guarded finish. |
| 3 mm guard | Short practical trims and summer cuts | A useful guarded length for short-coated breeds and neat body work. |
| 4.5 mm guard | Medium-short body work and blending | A balanced setting when you want tidy shape without going too close. |
| 6 mm guard | Everyday body length on many coats | One of the most useful middle lengths for routine trims. |
| 9 mm guard | Fuller body trims and soft shaping | Leaves more coat while still giving control over the finish. |
| 12 mm guard | Longest included guard for fuller styles | Useful for teddy looks, longer coats, and prep before scissor finishing. |
Cut length depends on coat type, density, and direction of stroke. Test on a small area when a coat is new to you.
Where it helps
Most groomers do not need another heavy clipper on the trolley. They need a quieter, more controlled tool for the jobs that demand a steadier hand. Serious pet parents want the same thing: cleaner work with less stress for the dog.
Cordless control plus a low-noise motor makes faces, paws, pads, and sanitary areas calmer to work. Cleaner lines and fewer second passes matter whether you are on your third appointment or grooming your own dog carefully.
Run full body trims without swapping blade systems mid-dog. The 4-in-1 FlexFit PRO blade and six included guard combs cover the lengths you reach for most, and the trimmer cuts cleanly through ordinary matting and tangles along the way.
The low-noise motor helps with anxious, reactive, and older dogs that tense up around louder tools. Less noise and less weight can mean fewer stops, calmer handling, and a cleaner finish.

FlexFit PRO blade system
VUNRO PRO is built as a complete trimming system: the motor, ceramic 4-in-1 blade and guard combs are matched to work together. That gives you controlled close-detail cutting, longer guard-comb lengths, and the option to add spare FlexFit PRO blades when your grooming volume grows.
It does not take A5, D-Series, PawTrim or universal blades. If you already use those systems, keep those blades for those tools; use FlexFit PRO blades on VUNRO PRO so the fit, guard combs and finish stay right.
Breed and coat guide
The VUNRO PRO box gives you the 4-in-1 blade and six guard combs. Add (fixed blade) FlexFit PRO blades when you want faster body work, more repeatable lengths and a finish you can confidently sell again.
(fixed blade) FlexFit PRO blades are best when the same coat types keep coming back, the finish needs to be even, or a guarded trim would drag through tangles.
The included guards fit over the 4-in-1 blade and are ideal for softer, longer looks when the coat is open enough for the comb to glide through.
Cockapoos, Cavapoos, Poodles, Doodles, Bichons

Detail and finish
When blades are better: Choose fixed blades when doodles and poodle mixes keep coming back for repeat teddy or plush finishes. The 3F, 4F and 5F give you predictable body lengths before scissor work.
The upsell is simple: add the fuller 3F for plush work, keep 4F or 5F ready when the coat needs a neater paid finish, then use 5/8N for toes and tight detail.
Shih Tzus, Lhasa Apsos, Maltese, Yorkies, Havanese
Body blade choices
When blades are better: fixed blades are better when silky coats collapse under comb pressure or you want a cleaner body finish with less fiddling.
The 5F is the dependable everyday body choice. Add 7F for shorter practical trims and 5/8N for feet, faces and small awkward areas.
Schnauzers, Westies, Cairns, Border Terriers, wire-coated crosses
Body blade choices
Detail and finish
When blades are better: fixed blades make sense when you want a clean, repeatable pet trim on the jacket while keeping furnishing work separate.
The 7F handles the shorter practical body work. Add 5F or 4F when the owner wants a softer finish, then tidy feet, brows and detail with 5/8N.
Cockers, Springers, Setters, Cavaliers, feathered crossbreeds
Body blade choices
Detail and finish
When blades are better: (fixed blade) blades help on backs, sides and practical tidy-ups where the finish needs to look even before feathering is blended by hand.
The 4F is the main spaniel body add-on. Keep 5F for neater working trims, 3F for fuller shaping, and 5/8N for paws and detail.
French Bulldogs, Beagles, Labradors, Staffies, Boxers
Body blade choices
Detail and finish
When blades are better: These dogs normally sell detail work rather than body clipping: paw pads, sanitary lines, face tidies and small corrections.
The close 4-in-1 gives tighter control than the included blade, while 5/8N makes small detail areas easier and more comfortable to reach.
Grown-out pet trims, doodle mixes, spaniel mixes, coats that have missed a visit
Body blade choices
When blades are better: (fixed blade) blades are the kinder, cleaner choice when ordinary tangles or lighter matting make a longer guarded trim unrealistic.
The 7F is the reset blade to own. The 5F or 4F can keep more coat where condition allows, with 5/8N and the 4-in-1 blades handling the tight work.
For a single dog, the included blade and guards may be enough. For repeat grooms, busy days and cleaner body work, the right fixed blade blades quickly become the smarter buy.
Optional FlexFit PRO blades
Your VUNRO PRO setup already includes the ceramic 4-in-1 blade and all six guard combs. These extra FlexFit PRO blades are optional add-ons for groomers and serious pet parents who want spare blades, specialist finishes, or a clean blade ready for the next dog.
Best for: Close trimming, faces, paws, tidy-ups, finishing and the six included guard combs.
Use it bare for short work, or fit the guard combs over it when you want longer lengths from the blade in the box.
Best for: Very close detail, sanitary trims, paw pads and tight line work.
Four shorter settings on one blade, useful when you want fine control without changing tools mid-groom.
Best for: Between toes, around the face and smaller sensitive areas.
The narrower head gives more control where a wider blade cannot sit cleanly against the coat.
Best for: Short practical trims, body clipping, blending, summer cuts and some matted coats.
A useful short finish when the 4-in-1 blade is too close and a guard comb feels too loose.
Best for: Short-to-medium body work, smooth finishes, faces, paws and tails.
One of the most useful working lengths when you want a neat fixed finish that still leaves more coat than a close trim.
Best for: Medium all-purpose finishes, Spaniel and Terrier type coats, touch-ups and blending.
A strong middle length for shape and control when the customer wants tidy, not stripped short.
Best for: Fuller plush finishes, longer coats, Collies, Shelties and scissor blending.
Use it when the brief is soft and natural, but you still want a repeatable blade-set length before finishing work.
Start with the full setup in the box. Add spare or fixed FlexFit PRO blades when you want faster blade rotation, a backup on the table, or a specialist finish length for repeat work.
Compare the role
VUNRO PRO is not trying to replace every clipper on the bench. It is the quieter, lighter, more controlled tool for full grooms, detail work and the ordinary tangles you meet on real coats.
Best for: Heavy body clipping, dense coats and breed-cut bulk work.
Best for: Full grooms, faces, paws, sanitary work, finishing, nervous dogs and everyday body trims.
Best for: Occasional tidy-ups on easy coats.
Before you order
Yes for ordinary tangles, light matting and the matted patches groomers and owners see between proper coat care. It is not the right tool for severe pelting. For heavy matting, take the coat down safely first or ask a professional groomer for help, then use VUNRO PRO for the rest of the groom.
Both, with groomers as the main use case. VUNRO PRO is built for working groomers who need a quiet, controlled trimmer for full grooms, faces, paws, sanitary work and finishing. It also suits serious pet parents who want a proper grooming tool for their own dogs, not a weak touch-up trimmer.
Yes. The 4-in-1 blade gives you close control for detail areas, and the six included guard combs let you work at longer lengths for body trims. Groomers can use it through the day; pet parents can use the same setup for calm, controlled grooming on their own dogs.
The guard combs fit over the 4-in-1 FlexFit PRO blade and give you longer cut lengths: 1.5 mm, 3 mm, 4.5 mm, 6 mm, 9 mm and 12 mm. Use the blade alone for close work, then add a guard comb when you want more coat left on the dog.
No. VUNRO PRO uses VUNRO FlexFit PRO blades only. It does not take A5, D-Series, PawTrim or universal blades. The upside is a matched trimmer, blade and guard-comb system; the important part is choosing FlexFit PRO blades when you add spares.
Choose the starter setup for lighter use, testing the tool, or grooming your own dog. Choose +1 or +2 extra blades if you groom regularly, because a spare blade lets one blade cool, clean or oil while another is ready. Busy salons and mobile groomers usually benefit most from the larger blade-rotation setups.
It is not silent, but it is noticeably quieter than most full-size clippers. That matters for anxious, reactive and senior dogs, whether the dog is on a salon table or being groomed carefully by its owner.
Not sure VUNRO PRO is right for your coats, your dogs, or your booking schedule? Ask us before you order. Real people with real grooming knowledge will help you pick the setup that fits the way you actually work, so you don't end up paying for blades you don't need.
Made for serious grooming
The D-Series is for anyone who needs more than a basic trimmer: working groomers, mobile groomers, salon teams and pet parents who want the right tool for their own dog. It is balanced, cordless and built around D-Series ceramic blades for repeat use.
Quiet running and low vibration help anxious dogs stay calmer while you work around the body, legs, paws and sanitary areas.
The 4500mAh battery runs up to 5 hours cordless and recharges in around 3.5 hours, so it is practical for a busy grooming day or several trims at home.
Start with the included #10 blade, add 7F, 5F, 4F or 3F for fixed body lengths, and use the optional guard comb set when a longer finish needs more flexibility.
Not included: the 8-piece universal guard comb set is sold separately. It is a strong optional add-on when you want longer lengths over a #10 D-Series blade.
Truly cordless
A cord catches the moment a dog shifts. The D-Series gives you cordless control with up to 5 hours of runtime, enough for a full grooming day or a thorough trim at home. Charge with the included USB cable using any standard USB plug you already own.
Choose by coat type
This is the practical starting point for groomers and serious pet parents. Fixed D-Series blades are best for repeatable body clipping and tougher coats. Guard combs are best for longer finishes when the coat is open enough for the comb to glide.
Cockapoos, Cavapoos, Poodles, Doodles, Bichons
These coats need enough power and enough length choice. They are also where the add-on blades and guard combs make the biggest difference.
Shih Tzus, Maltese, Yorkies, Havanese, Lhasa Apsos
Silky coats can collapse under comb pressure, so a fixed blade often gives a cleaner body finish with fewer uneven patches.
Cockers, Springers, Cavaliers, Setters
For backs, sides and practical pet trims, fixed blades keep the finish more predictable before feathering is blended by hand.
Schnauzers, Westies, Cairns, wire-coated crosses
Many pet trims on wiry coats are sold as neat, practical finishes rather than hand-strip work. Fixed blades help keep that result consistent.
French Bulldogs, Staffies, Beagles, Labradors, Boxers
These dogs usually need controlled detail work, hygiene trims and small corrections more than full body clipping.
Grown-out doodles, mixed coats, missed appointments
The D-Series has the motor for thick coats and ordinary tangles, but the tool still needs the right cutting choice for the coat condition.
Compatibility
The D-Series Clipper uses the VUNRO D-Series ceramic blade family. It does not take A5 snap-on blades, VUNRO PRO / FlexFit PRO blades, PawTrim blades or universal blades.
One thing to keep separate: the Eight Piece Universal Guard Comb Set works as a guard-comb add-on over a #10 D-Series blade. That does not make this an A5 or universal-blade clipper.
That is the advantage: the clipper, blade mount and D-Series blades are designed together, so you can add spares confidently without guessing.

D-Series blade choices
Your clipper includes the #10 blade. If you add one blade, make it the 5F for everyday body clipping. Choose 7F for shorter practical trims, or the full set when you want every main length ready.
Close work, sanitary areas, paw pads, faces and shorter clipping. Add spares if #10 is your high-use blade.

Optional add-on
The D-Series Clipper box does not include guard combs. Add this set when you want to leave more coat while still using the quiet D-Series clipper and #10 D-Series blade.
For this D-Series setup, use the combs over a #10 D-Series blade. They are for longer comb-guided finishes, not a replacement for fixed D-Series body blades such as 7F, 5F, 4F or 3F.
Cut lengths made clear
The #10 blade in the box gives you the close starting point. Add fixed D-Series blades when you want a consistent cutting length. Add the optional universal guard comb set when a brushed, open coat needs a longer comb-guided trim.

Before you order
VUNRO D-Series ceramic blades only. A5, VUNRO PRO / FlexFit PRO, PawTrim and universal blades do not fit this clipper.
Yes. It includes one Ceramic #10 D-Series blade, 1/16 inch / 1.5 mm, plus blade oil and a cleaning brush.
No. The base D-Series Clipper does not include guard combs. The Eight Piece Universal Guard Comb Set is a separate optional add-on with 3 mm, 6 mm, 10 mm, 13 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm, 22 mm and 25 mm combs.
For this setup, use the guard combs over a #10 D-Series blade when you want longer comb-guided finishes. They fit #10, #15 and #30 blade sizes; do not treat them as add-ons for longer fixed blades such as 3F, 4F, 5F or 7F.
Up to 5 hours cordless on a full charge, depending on speed, coat condition and how the clipper is used.
No. A USB charging cable is included. Use a standard USB wall plug you already own.
Yes, the 35W motor is built for thick coats and ordinary tangles. For heavy matting or pelting, deal with the coat safely first, then use the clipper for the reset or finish.
If you do regular body clipping, add a 5F or the full D-Series blade set first. If you mainly want longer, softer finishes on brushed-out coats, add the 8-piece guard comb set. Many groomers eventually use both: fixed blades for reliable clipping, guard combs for longer flexible finishes.
PawTrim PRO LED Trimmer
A compact LED detail trimmer for paw pads, feet, faces and tight little areas where visibility and control matter. Built for working groomers, and clear enough for careful pet parents who want a neater finish between visits.
The PawTrim PRO is for detail trimming. For full body clipping, use a VUNRO PRO or D-Series clipper instead.
LED visibility where small mistakes are easiest to make
Detail work made easier
PawTrim PRO is not trying to replace your main clipper. It is for the jobs where a smaller blade, better visibility and a quieter feel make the work cleaner and less stressful.
Clear out paw pads, neaten feet and work around toes with a compact tool that is easier to position than a larger clipper.
The small ceramic blade helps around faces, edges and awkward detail work where control matters more than speed.
Useful for finishing a groom, keeping regular dogs tidy, or giving careful pet parents a cleaner result between appointments.
LED visibility
Good detail trimming starts with seeing what you are doing. The LED helps separate fur, pad edges and shadowed areas so you can work more deliberately.
Included with PawTrim PRO
The standard kit includes the trimmer, PawTrim PRO ceramic blade, two comb attachments and the care essentials for regular use.
PawTrim blade compatibility
The PawTrim PRO uses its own ceramic detail blade. It does not take A5 blades, D-Series blades, FlexFit PRO blades or VUNRO PRO trimmer blades.

Keep it cutting cleanly
Small trimmer blades do precise work, so they reward basic care. Clean, oil and replace the blade when it starts pulling instead of cutting cleanly.
Inspect the blade, check the trimmer is charged and make sure the coat is safe to work through.
Brush hair from the blade, wipe the body clean and store the trimmer dry.
Add oil, watch for pulling and keep a spare PawTrim PRO blade ready if this is a regular grooming tool.
